Responsibilities :

• Prepare the store for business operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Manage dining-in, take-away, and delivery services
• Handle hosting responsibilities and greet customers
• Address all customer queries and concerns
• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
• Assist with food and beverage preparation
• Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of kitchen equipment
• Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
• Perform stewarding duties when a dishwasher is unavailable
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, as per statutory regulations
• Strictly adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
