Responsibilities :
- Prepare the store for business operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Manage dining-in, take-away, and delivery services
- Handle hosting responsibilities and greet customers
- Address all customer queries and concerns
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food and beverage preparation
- Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of kitchen equipment
- Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
- Perform stewarding duties when a dishwasher is unavailable
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, as per statutory regulations
- Strictly adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements :
