Senior Engineer, Test Development

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Test Systems Engineer responsible for developing and enhancing both software and hardware test systems for new and existing products. This role involves close collaboration with global R&D teams to ensure efficient and consistent testing processes in mass production environments. The engineer will integrate test requirements into automated systems to improve product quality and yield, while also creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, test specifications, and work instructions. After product rollout, the role will involve providing ongoing support and driving continuous improvements in test processes to maintain and enhance production reliability.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance software for new and existing products, ensuring efficient and stable mass production testing
• Collaborate with global R&D teams (Singapore, Denmark, Germany) to align software updates with testing standards and requirements
• Set up and integrate hardware test requirements from the product development phase into automated production test systems.
• Drive improvements production output, yield, and product quality through optimized test system implementation
• Create and maintain documentation, test specifications, and work instructions to support consistent and accurate product testing
• Provide ongoing testing support to production teams post-rollout, ensuring continuous improvement and issue resolution.
