Software Engineer, Test & Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and existing products.
• Conduct hands‑on testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve product issues.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback and support iterative development.
• Maintain and improve test environments, tools, and equipment.
• Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Support product validation and verification activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and product quality.
