client, is a MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in civil

and large scale infrastructure

projects.

Job

Responsibilities :

• Leading a Team of project QS.

Draft

and negotiate terms and conditions in Contract

Agreements

Well-versed and knowledgeable of

construction contract terminology.

Team

support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost

Control.

Prepare and submit procurement

schedule for permanent works in accordance to Master

Programme.

Ensure procurement / award for

permanent works is in accordance to approved procurement

schedule.

Manage contractual matters relating

to cost and delays with the client and the

subcontractors.

Review contracts and negotiate

commercial terms & conditions.

Negotiate

with consultants and resolve contract issue.

Negotiation with new suppliers / sub-contractors and

dispute management.

Preparation of progress

reports, progress charts and interim progress

claims.

Job

Requirements : Degree

in Quantity Surveying or relevant field

Experience design and build Data center

project

preferred.
