Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on :

Electrical systems and lighting

Air-conditioning and ventilation systems

Plumbing and sanitary fixtures

Carpentry and painting tasks

Mechanical and engineering (M&E) systems

• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and health standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in renovation or upgrade projects when required.
• Report defects and maintenance issues to the Property Officer or Facilities Manager.
