We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with our client and with various stakeholders, project managers, and developers throughout the global network. Our ideal candidates should also possess analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Management of build and change processes
• Analyze enhancements and propose solutions while collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders
• Create specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, and release documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance tests
• Manage monthly releases, adhering to the teams milestones for analysis, coding and testing
• Support the roadmap for product releases
• Manage incidents and requests (from both business users and other IT teams)
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or bugs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a front-office post-trade business analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with Front Office systems (both in-house and third-party systems)
• Comprehensive understanding of financial assets (bank treasury products) and lifecycle of trades, particularly fixed income and money market products. Knowledge of risk management concepts and market data will be an advantage
• Experience in interfacing with Front Office and Back Office systems along with additional external systems
• Hands-on experience in implementation projects
• Proven track record in AGILE methodologies
