Overview :
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our tuition centre. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both students and parents.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Handle all administrative work with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining organised records and processes.
- Arrange replacement classes efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to students’ learning.
- Prepare lesson-related materials promptly and ensure they are ready before class.
- Maintain overall tidiness, cleanliness, and presentation of the centre.
Customer Service & Enquiries
Answer walk-in, phone, and online enquiries tactfully and professionally.Be a trusted programme consultant where you guide parents in selecting the right tuition programme for their child.Follow up with newly-joined students to ensure they are settling in well.Student & Parent Experience
Build rapport with students and parents to create a supportive and friendly learning environment.Proactively check in on students’ progress or comfort level, especially in the first few weeks.Support student retention and conversion by delivering a positive and attentive service experience.Requirements :
Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask effectively.Warm, approachable, and tactful in communication.Able to take initiative and work independently while being a team player.Prior experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.Details
