Marketing Manager (F&B / Hospitality | up to 4,500 base)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all outlets.
• Lead the creation, planning, and scheduling of social media content including videos, stories, and campaigns ensuring daily online presence and consistency with brand tone.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, optimizing performance through data insights and engagement metrics.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and emerging social content directions.
• Collaborate with operations and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences, from online storytelling to on-ground activations.
• Oversee marketing budgets, content calendars, and partnerships to ensure efficient execution and measurable ROI.
