Procurement Admin Executive - 1 Year Contract

Perform documentation checks and assessment.

Perform Purchase Request transactions in IT systems.

Perform IT system Goods Receipt and Acceptance of goods and services received as part of the procurement process.

Initiate Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and / or Invitation to Tender (ITT) for purchases of higher value.

Perform Contract Variation Requests (CVRs) for changes in contractual requirements.

Coordinate flight arrangements and land transportation for units undergoing overseas training.

Perform IT system request for claims for overseas trainings.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or data-related field / Diploma with relevant experience

Proficient in more than one of the following technologies : Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense.

At least two years of relevant experience in finance and procurement preferred
