Primary Skills : Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) , with strong functional knowledge across key finance processes – Record to Report (R2R) , Invoice to Collection (I2C) , and Procure to Pay (P2P) .
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of hands‑on System Implementation Experience in SAP FICO.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementations or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes in project‑based organizations.
- Experience with integration points to external systems and related SAP modules (e.g., FI / CO, SD, MM).
- Proven experience in functional design, configuration, and data migration.
- SAP certification in S / 4HANA (desirable).
- Techno design experience specific to data modeling, class definition, UI design and workflow design.
- Debug SAP standard and custom program to understand the as‑is system design.
- Experience in functional, integration and user acceptance testing of large SAP implementations; defining and setting up batch processing and regression testing.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to define and document integration test scenarios.
- Demonstrated leadership skill through team‑leading experience in a consulting background.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to several different client industries.
- Experience in pre‑sales activity is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach junior SAP Finance analysts, manage workplan and deliverables, timeline, resource and budget for the project team.Lead and facilitate business process workshops to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Re‑engineer and design optimized to‑be business processes leveraging SAP S / 4HANA capabilities.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for detailed technical designs.Perform system configuration and customization of SAP Finance and Controlling PS and its integration with related modules (e.g., MM, SD).Design and support the implementation of interfaces between SAP FICO and external systems.Plan and execute data migration activities including mapping, transformation, and validation strategies.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (both internal and external) to ensure a cohesive and integrated SAP solution.Manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects in a timely manner.Contribute to cutover planning and provide post‑go‑live support.Co‑create innovative and future‑ready solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to industry best practices.Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and documentation for stakeholders and end‑users.Seniority level
