Roles & Responsibilities

Up to $2,800
5.25 Working Days (Mon-Fri, Alternate Half Saturday)
Fortune 500 MNC in US

Job scope :

Providing customer service and ensuring timely arrival of goods from custom declaration to final delivery

Monitor flight / vessel arrival

Completing customs competency test and filing for customs entry

Ensuring paperworks are in proper order and complying with SG customs

Answering calls and developing rapport with customers

Ensuring freight and handling charges are billed to customers
