Transformation Facility, dedicated to transforming lives through
our personalized fitness programs. They have luxurious facilities,
expert trainers, and holistic approach to health and fitness that
set them apart as leaders in the industry. They are seeking a
motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team. The
Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving training
package sales, expand their client base and elevate their members'
fitness journeys, and contribute to the overall success of the
company.
Responsibilities : Sales Growth
1. Identify and engage potential
clients through various channels including walk-ins, online
inquiries, and referrals. Qualify leads through effective
communication to understand their fitness goals and needs.

2. Present and promote personal training programs to potential
clients.
3. Conduct consultations and tours of
the facility, showcasing the benefits of our personalized training
programs.
4. Follow up with leads through
personalized communication to nurture relationships and convert
them into members.
5. Close sales by
understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and
overcoming objections.
6. Maintain a pipeline of
potential clients and track lead statuses in the CRM.
7. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key
performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop and
execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
9. Collaborate with the
marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new
memberships
10. Participate in community events
and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase
brand awareness
Software Handling
1.
Manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software to ensure accurate and up-to-date client
information
2. Input and track client
interactions, sales activities, and progress within the CRM
system.
3. Generate reports from the CRM to
analyze sales performance, client engagement, and other key
metrics.
4. Ensure data integrity and
confidentiality at all times.
Collaboration
1. Work
closely with personal trainers and other team members to ensure a
seamless client onboarding process.
2. Provide
feedback and insights to the management team regarding sales
performance and client trends.
3. Participate in
team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product
knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
