Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the company's IT infrastructure and data assets
• Monitor, analyse and respond to security threats and incidents, ensuring timely and effective remediation
• Oversee the deployment and management of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and access controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
• Provide expert guidance and training to employees on security best practices and incident response protocols
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations and industry standards, and recommend improvements to enhance the company's security posture
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering their professional development and maintaining a high-performing, collaborative culture
