Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and shop sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
