Job Description :
Campaign Communication & Outreach
- Develop campaign collaterals such as circulars, infographics, guides, and FAQs
- Conduct agency briefings to articulate campaign mechanics; manage day-to-day queries from agents and provide clear, timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (agency communications, distribution) to promote campaigns effectively.
Campaign Set Up & Support
Coordinate the end-to-end setup of lead generation campaigns.Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Agency services, IT, Finance) to ensure accurate campaign implementation.Track timelines and ensure smooth campaign launches.Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with agency leaders to gather feedback and strengthen buy-in of campaigns.Proactively identify communication gaps and propose solutions to improve agency adoption.Conduct outreach activities, training sessions and events relating to campaigns.Performance Monitoring
Conduct analysis through on ground feedback & data to identify opportunities to improve campaign participation.Track agency participation rates and enquiry volumes to assess outreach effectiveness.Provide summary reports on engagement levels and key themes from agent feedback.Requirements :
