Job descriptionCoordinate the end-to-end setup of lead generation campaigns. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Agency services, IT, Finance) to ensure accurate campaign implementation. Track timelines and ensure smooth campaign launches. Liaise with agency leaders to gather feedback and strengthen buy-in of campaigns. Proactively identify communication gaps and propose solutions to improve agency adoption. Conduct outreach activities, training sessions and events relating to campaigns. Conduct analysis through on ground feedback & data to identify opportunities to improve campaign participation. Track agency participation rates and enquiry volumes to assess outreach effectiveness. Provide summary reports on engagement levels and key themes from agent feedback. Minimum one year of experience in Life insurance industry Exposure to Insurance Agency is a plus Good communication and stakeholder management skills
