Employment type : Permanent

Location : West area

Working Hours : 8 : 30AM to 6 : 00PM (Mon-Fri)

Salary : $ 4000 - 4500 per month with bonuses

Working Arrangement : Full Onsite

The Data Platform Cluster supports the capability development and system management for data analytics solutions . This role is required to support the Cluster Head, Head and Deputy Heads on the administrative tasks required to deliver data analytics projects.

Job Responsibilities :

• Secretariat for monthly meetings / weekly cadences, including room booking, agenda confirmation, minutes recording, following up with members on updates of outstanding items
• Support Data Platform Cluster on project administration, including updates on project planning (coordinate meetings and schedules), documentation (track and file required documents), project performance & risks tracking
