Key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting experiments, evaluating student progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining a positive learning environment while staying current with scientific advancements.

Core Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction : Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course content for biology classes.
• Assessment & Evaluation : Assess student understanding through classwork, experiments, assignments, and exams, providing feedback to help students improve.
• Classroom Management : Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and orderly learning environment.
• Communication : Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents, sharing feedback on student progress and addressing concerns.
• Professional Development : Participate in relevant trainings and workshops.
