Cyber Security Expert (Japanese Speaking)

Overview : He / She

will lead initiatives to expand security product offerings and

develop new services across the KDDI APAC region (KAPAC). This role

involves technical coordination with vendors such as LAC, Fortinet,

and CrowdStrike, and supports both internal and external

stakeholders in delivering high-quality security

solutions.

Key

Responsibilities :

• Support proposals for security products

Provide product specifications and technical explanations

to customers and internal teams

Create

proposal documents, product specifications, and implementation

guides

Coordinate with vendors for

specification confirmation and deployment

Analyse market needs based on past proposal

activities

Plan, develop, and validate new

services

Requirements

Skills

& Experience :

Foundational knowledge of IT security products and

services

Experience in customer engagement

(e.g., technical support, product explanation, proposal

activities)

Strong documentation skills (e.g.,

proposals, specifications, implementation guides)

Experience in technical coordination with external

vendors

Business-level English proficiency and

Japanese (Need to liaise with Japan counterpart and

headquarter)

Hands-on experience with

Fortinet, CrowdStrike, or LAC products

Experience in planning and launching new

services

Team leadership or management

experience
