To report to project manager for the M&E facilities maintenance projects

Job cope

Tender

To prepare tender for M&E facilities maintenance project

Pre project

Develops project objectives by understanding project requirement.

To plan project phases and manpower allocation.

To Determines project specifications by understanding customer technical and non-technical requirements and mandatory performance standards.

To prepare estimated project costing.

Project implementation

To understand project plan and specifications, time requirements n another project element and prepare project schedule

To monitor project progress

To Controls project plan by ad hoc review

To Controls project costs

To report to project director of project status reports by summarizing key information and recommend actions.

Requirement

• Diploma in M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 relevant experiences in M&E works.
• 3 years M&E facilities operation project in large commercial building or education institution Construction industry
• 3 years M&E project management
