Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
- Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc.
- To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.
- Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.
- Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.
- Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.
- Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target.
- Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
- Manage customers complaint on a timely manner.
Requirement :
Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.Experience in beauty services.Tell employers what skills you have
