Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects based on the Temenos TAP, T24 Platform within digital banking ecosystems.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee and guide the implementation of APIs, microservices, and integration layers in accordance with Temenos TAP, T24 standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Security, DevOps) for successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal IT governance.
• Provide technical leadership and perform architectural reviews for solutions being delivered.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead technical workshops, sprint planning, and regular status meetings with both internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
