About VUI Systems, Singapore : We are a technology and software services organization and expanding in SEA region. Our customer base ranges from IT majors, engineering and Hi-Tech leaders to Retail / CPG majors. Our ability to deliver and cost-effectiveness have made us trusted partners of our customers.
This is a Buiness Development position focusing on Client development and placement management.
- You are responsible to grow and develop relationships with existing clients and build a strong pipeline to achieve the revenue objective.
- Your role include identify suitable candidates and placement completion, management of all process from identification to closure.
- Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
- Familiarity with BFSI clients preferred but not mandatory
- Singapore-based or experienced in the local market
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
- Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
Qualification :
To qualify for this role, you have strong consulting or recruitment background (min 2 - 5 years experience) in your specific knowledge focusing in Banking / Technology / FI / Insurance / Engineering / Manufacturing / Healthcare industry.7–9 years of B2B solution or services salesTrack record in analytics, data consulting or IT servicesExcellent verbal, written skills, you are very confident to interact with people from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.Tell employers what skills you have
