JOB OVERVIEW
The Learn-Tech Sales Consultant is responsible for driving direct sales and client relationship management within the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the CEO of Asia Learn Hub Marketplace, the consultant will manage key accounts, develop new client relationships, and ensure steady revenue growth. This role primarily focuses on the direct sales of Learn-Tech solutions, including but not limited to Colossyan, Vyond, Powtoon, Vimeo, eFront, Articulate training, and LearnWorlds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Direct Sales Management
- Actively prospect, manage, and close direct sales opportunities with corporate clients in Singapore.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales planning, negotiation, and closure.
Client Relationship and Engagement
Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with strategic clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering targeted solutions.Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals tailored to client-specific requirements.Product and Market Expertise
Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned Learn-Tech solutions (Colossyan, Vyond, Powtoon, Vimeo, eFront, Articulate, LearnWorlds).Maintain constant awareness of market dynamics, competitors’ offerings, and emerging industry trends.Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, tracking client engagement and opportunity pipelines via CRM systems.Regularly provide sales activity updates and market insights directly to the CEO.Internal Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with internal marketing, customer success, and operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, solution implementation, and continued customer satisfaction.CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Direct Sales Capability : Demonstrable track record of successful direct sales engagements, particularly within corporate environments in Singapore.Client Management : Strong ability to build and sustain profitable client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge : Thorough understanding of Learn-Tech and EdTech solutions and the capability to articulate their value clearly.Communication and Influence : Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage and persuade stakeholders.Results Orientation : Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets, displaying proactive sales behavior and persistence.QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.At least 3 years of direct sales or account management experience, ideally within EdTech, software solutions, or similar technology-driven environments.Proven track record selling solutions like Colossyan, Vyond, Powtoon, Vimeo, eFront, Articulate training, or LearnWorlds will be highly preferred.Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.Strong professional network and knowledge of the Singapore corporate market highly advantageous.Tell employers what skills you have
