We are looking for a Sales Development Manager in APJ to drive our Cloud Consumption Revenue, Business Development engagement and Go To Market collaboration with leading Global CSPs, their customers and our joint partners.
The Sales Development Manager plays a key role orchestrating resources between Regional teams and Headquarters to drive our Go To Market efforts within APJ. Reporting to the GM of Global Accounts, APJ, this role will be responsible for driving deep engagement with covered CSP accounts and will be accountable for Cloud Consumption Revenue in the APJ region.
The role will focus on :
- Building and aligning a joint GTM strategy with top CSP Partners
- Focused on accelerating adoption of solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid and priority workloads
- Driving business acceleration through Sales programs and Marketing demand generation efforts in a way that is mutually beneficial for our customers and Intel The Cloud SDM will also partner closely with peer SDM leads in other regions to drive global collaboration.
Key stakeholders for success will include the APJ Regional Country Managers, Partner Sales Alliance Managers, Country Account Executives and Technical Solution Specialists.
This is a commissioned sales position on the Global Accounts Team in APJ, a tightly knit high performance team responsible for Intel's business with some of its largest global customers.

Responsibilities May Include But Not Be Limited To
Developing and implementing a HQ-Regional aligned growth strategy for our strategic alliance with CSP customers with a goal to drive Cloud consumption revenue for Intel based instances and services in deployments across APJExpanding Intels routes to market with CSP including identifying new Cosell opportunities for differentiated technologies by building relationships with sales business development and key partner leadsCollaborating with Cloud Solution Architects CSA and the sell to team to help develop and deploy solutions that drive Intel affinityCoordination of the Intel CSP ISV and SI Ecosystem alongside our scale partner coverage and industry expertsInfluencing the Intel hardware and software roadmap to meet customer / partner needs by presenting field insights to technical and product expertsScaling global sales programs for key solutions and industriesExecutive alignment and management internally and with CSP customerIn addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate :Clear and confident communicator to a range of audiences from Sales and Product VPs, Directors to their teamsKnowledge of leading and building sales motions for edge to cloud migrations to CSP and hybrid cloud deployments with end customersUnderstanding of the Global and Regional Systems Integrators GSIs RSIs Independent Software Vendors ISVs Managed Service Providers MSPs Cloud Management Platforms CMPs and born on the Cloud integratorsStrong familiarity with CSP services software and instances is strongly preferred- Basic technical understanding of our DC and AI roadmap, key Cloud workloads, reference architectures and our Cloud customer value proposition are keyExcellent Cloud computing acumen and industry knowledge of Analytics Enterprise Workloads eg VMWare Oracle SAP Hybrid Multi Cloud Data and AI HPC in the Cloud and other solutions- Industry and Vertical Knowledge in areas like Healthcare, Lifesciences, Industrial, Manufacturing, Financial Services or Media Entertainment solutions will be a plusSelf starter, entrepreneurialQualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications : Candidate must possess Bachelor or Masters degree in related fields with atleast 10 years of direct sales or applicable experienceMinimum qualifications : Atleast 2 years of prior experience in managing alliances and partnerships across either sales or marketing.2 years of prior experience in cloud technical sales or business developmentPreferred qualifications : Prior Sales experience in managing multinational alliances and partnerships, Certified as AWS, GCP or Azure PractitionerPreferred Experience in technical sales and / or delivering and educating stakeholders on Intel HW / SW roadmap and technical solutionsTell employers what skills you have
