Managing staff scheduling, performance, and training to
ensure high-quality customer service and product
knowledge.
Addressing customer feedback and
resolving any complaints with professionalism to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensuring smooth
store operations, efficient inventory control, and compliance with
company
Qualifications
/ Experience
At least
1to 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within
beauty or retail
Strong leadership
capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing
multiple teams
Exceptional customer service
orientation
Flexibility to work weekends and
thrive in a fast-paced
environment
