Planning Assistant - AVIATION LABOUR GROUP PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

ALG is currently recruiting for a Planning Assistant, for our engineering client, to work at the west side of Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 2-year contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after a 3-month probation period!

Working Days : 5 Days (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours : 7.30am - 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and generate sales for the division
• Plan production schedules to meet production schedules
• Plan material purchases to meet production schedules
• Raise PRs for direct materials for production
• Allocate explosive lots for production
• Create and maintain production orders for production tracking to meet delivery
• Monitor production output and material availability for production
• Keep traceability record whenever needed
• Maintain BOM and routing in SAP
• SAP Material Master - create materials, routings, work centres
• MES system administrator
• Ad-hoc task given by Manager / Senior
