Air Freight Planner - Entry Level @Alps Ave

Roles & Responsibilities

Airfreight Planner / Mon-Fri : 9am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat : 9am-1pm @Alps Avenue

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipment to maximise efficiency.
• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevent parties are update.
• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customer / carriers
• Ensuring that all shipment are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.
• Prepare progress report & profit / loss to stakeholders, and handle RFQ & tendering.
• Work with sales team and assist to advice on the best solutions.
• Knowledgeable in buying / selling rate from customer / airlines and plan bup shipment.
• At least 2 years relevant experience
