Service Assistant - D02 Anson, Tanjong Pagar, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate information regarding service options and pricing.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Escort customers to the waiting area and provide them with updates on the status of their vehicles as needed.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle condition and obtaining customer signatures.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall departmental goals and objectives.

Working hours :

Mon - Fri 8 : 30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

Sat 8 : 30 a.m. - 12 : 30 p.m

( Alternate Saturday )
