Roles & Responsibilities

Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

  • Working Days : 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Working Hours : 9am - 6pm
  • Location : Changi Business Park
  • Salary $2,600 - $3,000

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L / C requirements and submit for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    • Job Requirements :

  • Relevant Shipping & Logistics working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
