Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Yishun

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Note : May be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays for events.

Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team to manage and grow our membership base. You will play a key role in maintaining member satisfaction, ensuring smooth membership processes, and supporting the execution of member-related events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Grow and retain the membership base, addressing both acquisition and attrition.
• Handle membership applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain and update membership records, databases, and files.
• Monitor and update membership schedules, benefits entitlements, and fulfilment.
• Respond to membership enquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Assist in planning and executing membership events or activities.
• Provide on-site support during events when required (including weekends / PH).
• Undertake any other duties or administrative tasks as assigned by the HOD or Reporting Officer.
