Information Technology - Senior Systems Engineer (Virtualization and Windows / Linux Administrator) - D16 Upper East Coast, Bedok, Eastwood, Kew Drive, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the Hybrid Platform Engineering team.

He / She will be responsible for the following :

• Extensive experience administering on-premises Linux and / or Windows systems on virtualization platforms, including SAN and storage solutions.
• Perform system administration and troubleshooting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation and operational processes.
• Support audit activities, infrastructure / network security scans, disaster recovery, and security drills.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new technologies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver automation solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform to enhance agility.
• Provide on-call support according to the roster for troubleshooting and planned maintenance of production systems.
