Contractor)

Our client, a

well-established fire protection system contractor with over 15

years of expertise in Singapore's building industry, is highly

regarded for providing comprehensive, one-stop solutions for both

civil and building projects.

To support their

expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced

Senior / BIM Modeller with a passion for

technical work, compliance, and on-site

execution.

Key

Responsibilities :

Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models,

shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with

project discussions and requirements.

Liaise

and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely

delivery of drawings within established deadlines.

Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or

clients, ensuring smooth project execution.

Participate in client meetings to gain a clear

understanding of their requirements and

expectations.

Qualifications :

Minimum tertiary education with min 3 years of relevant

experience

Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD software

& Mechanical Services knowledge is a MUST

Able to read & understand technical drawings and

translate to concepts.

Strong organisational

and communication skills, able to work independently

Experience in Fire protection systems is an

Advantage.

Location -

On Site or HQ (Located in

Central)
