IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Systems & Network)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated IT Network and System Engineers to join our growing team in supporting external client infrastructures.

You will play a key role in the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise network and system environments across diverse customer projects.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in network / system engineering and an interest or working knowledge in cybersecurity .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN / WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Administer Windows and / or Linux-based servers and Active Directory environments.
• Apply basic cybersecurity measures, including OS hardening, network hardening, and baseline security controls.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of client systems to enhance security and performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions according to client SLAs and compliance needs.
• Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (e.g., network diagrams, system configurations, implementation guides).
