IT Infrastructure Engineer - DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain CCMS Infrastructure, School Zone Sign, and ERS Systems .
• Manage Datacenter, Backup, and Storage Systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Administer and support HP-UX and Oracle Systems .
• Manage Windows Server 2016 environment including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP .
• Oversee MS SQL databases, clustering, RAID configurations, and enterprise storage .
• Lead and coordinate the backend support team to ensure smooth LTA infrastructure operations.
• Monitor systems using Zybix and ensure timely escalation / resolution of incidents.
• Manage Oracle, MySQL, and MS SQL databases , ensuring performance, backup, and recovery.
• Process and mitigate cyber vulnerability reports on a monthly basis.
• Plan and execute quarterly maintenance for the EMAS Artilliar System .
• Provide monthly system status reports for EA, SZS, and ERSYSS platforms.
• Manage backend team rosters, including weekend and standby phone assignments .
