Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of server and network management, including operating systems (Windows / Linux) and hardware. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, ensuring reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Help to implement security measures and data protection protocols.
- Support system upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated on current technologies and best practices in infrastructure management.
