Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategize branding positions in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Plan product line-ups and define unique selling points (USP) for all car models.
- Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities within the Sales Department.
- Review and enhance showroom operations to improve the overall retail experience.
- Plan manpower requirements and support recruitment efforts.
- Establish pricing, promotional activities, and sales plans to drive volume and profitability.
- Monitor and coach teams to achieve Financing, Insurance, and Trade-In penetration targets.
- Design, review, and implement sales incentive and commission schemes for Sales Consultants.
- Track and manage sales performance to meet Financial Year (FY) targets.
- Oversee stock inventory and implement measures to improve stock turnover.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and product trends; recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen selling skills and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
