Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities :

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress work
• Able to lead a team of foreign workers
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subsontractors & suppliers
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house-keeping
• Monitor, coordinator, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
• Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work
• Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works
• Supervise site progress which includes attending site meeting and discussion
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned
