Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities :

Design and implement comprehensive office IT infrastructure
Install, configure, and oversee firewall devices
Set up and administer wireless access points and controllers
Manage Windows Server ecosystems, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and firewall VPN authentication
Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 services
Maintain thorough and consistent documentation of all project implementations and client system setups
Address client technical issues and infrastructure malfunctions, including off-hours or weekend support when necessary
Stay updated of emerging IT technologies and solutions to enhance client network environments

Requirements :

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and technical support roles

Solid expertise in both network and system administration

Familiarity with a broad array of technologies and vendors (Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, Ubiquiti, etc.).

Excellent documentation and interpersonal communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.

Capable of working independently without close supervision

Proficient verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (role involve engaging with Chinese-speaking customers).

Holding a Class 3 driving license and having personal transportation is preferred
