Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the execution and monitoring of contract progress for M&E projects.
• Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Report and track project progress to the Project Manager.
• Supervise work to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager in negotiating / procuring materials, equipment, and labor within the allocated approved budget.
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site or technical issues.
• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.
• Gain experience working in Data Center projects.
