The Job
We are hiring 3 Business Analysts to support key initiatives under the Institutional Banking Process Management (IBPM) team. These roles are critical to delivering strategic platform enhancements and regulatory-driven projects across CASA, CUL, and SCL onboarding platforms.
Role 1 : Business Analyst – Current Account Savings Account (CASA) Platform
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Account Opening System workstreams for 2025.Support regional platform initiatives and C work, including : HK, IN, TW Account Opening Enhancements with Gen AI integrationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.Ensure alignment with strategic data flow and front-end configuration standards.Manage UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.Document data flows, business solutions, and testing approaches.Role 2 : Business Analyst – Credit Underwriting Lending (CUL) Platform
Key Responsibilities :
Lead system onboarding and operations efficiency initiatives.Drive CUL enhancements for HK and SG (e.g., scan case improvements).Conduct impact assessments and support project governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable business solutions.Define and manage testing strategies and sign-off processes.Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and solutions.Role 3 : Business Analyst – Student / Study Consumer Loan (SCL) Onboarding & SAS Decommissioning
Key Responsibilities :
Support SCL Onboarding, to consolidate multiple loan types into a unified structureLead the transition from an existing legacy system to a new platform, supporting system upgrades and long-term architecture improvementsConduct end-to-end business analysis, from requirement gathering to UAT.Ensure alignment with strategic architecture and data governance.Prepare detailed documentation and support change management.The Talent
Experience : 3–7 years of business analysis experience in banking, financial services, or technology-driven transformation projects.
Domain Knowledge (any of the following is a plus) :
Digital onboarding (e.g., CASA, account opening systems)Consumer lending or credit underwriting (CUL)Loan consolidation or government-led financial programs (e.g., SCL)Skills :
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions.Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.Experience in end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.Familiarity with system decommissioning, data migration, or architecture alignment is a plus.Exposure to Gen AI integration or automation initiatives is advantageous.Mindset :
