Service Areas
- Paediatric Rehabilitation (Early Intervention Programme)
- Adult Rehabilitation
- Community-Based Rehabilitation (Day Care Centres, Day Rehabilitation Centres, Nursing Homes)
The Challenges
Assess and identify individual client needs to recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions and programmesConduct individual or group therapy sessions to achieve client outcomesParticipate in public education and outreach initiatives to promote an inclusive societyStay updated with current research and developments in occupational therapyEngage in networking with hospitals and other community organisationsSenior Occupational Therapist : undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities in addition to clinical workWhat it Takes
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)Eligible for registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPC SingaporeStrong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalismTeam player passionate about serving in the social service sector and supporting people with disabilitiesExperience in management and multi-agency collaboration is an advantageMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of clinical supervisionWhat We Offer
