Roles & Responsibilities

1. Job requirement :

• Manage the track access system and the publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access.
• Chair Weekly Coordination Meeting with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Request.
• Manage the training modules ensuring the company's staff, Maintenance Contractors, Workshop and Defined Area Tracks users are competence to carry out their works safely.
• Responsible to lead and manage the Assistant Superintendent on the day-to-day site operation, supervising and auditing of site operation and safety within the Center.
• Assist Head of the company to conduct presentation, draft management paper, tender document, manage clients’ request on plantroom / workshop equipment usage, field devices installation along the test track, etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Company such as review safety / operation document, submit method statement, report, etc.
• Manage work group or contractors for building services / structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling / Comms / Control) maintenance works, etc. within the Test Centre.
• Able to support oversea assignment if necessary.
