Import / Export Executive (Sea & Airfreight / Central / 5 Days / MNC Freight Forwarding) - Islandwide, SG

Job descriptionArrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land Apply the necessary customs permits Liaise with contractors on timely collection and delivery of cargoes in Singapore Liaise with respective overseas offices and agents Attending to site meetings, surveys & loadouts as and when required Acknowledge incoming invoices and raise invoices to customers for payment Update and operate the Operations System (BLU) Update the tracking and tracing tools when in place for respective project Prepare quotations to clients, other office or agents Request and negotiate ad-hoc quotations from approved carriers, supplier and sub-contractor to ensure quality service at the best possible rate Ensure all clients requests are shared with the Operations Manager or Project Manager Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics management or equivalent 2 – 4 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background
