Roles & Responsibilities

🕒 Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 8 : 00am – 5 : 30pm

💼 Contract : 3–6 months (extendable to 12 months)

💰 Salary : Up to $4,000 / month

About the Role

Join a leading steel manufacturer and play a key role in coordinating import, export, and local sales operations . This role provides excellent exposure to logistics, shipping, and SAP systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare import purchase orders and contracts, verify shipping documents, and ensure timely permit submissions.
• Manage export sales contracts, process orders, prepare permits / COs, and handle billing to customers.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
• Verify freight vendor invoices and raise PR / PO / SES for approval.
• Support local sales contract processing and billing activities.
