As a Digital Cloud Solution Architecture Manager you will lead a team of DCSAs (Digital Cloud Solution Architects) that cover ASEAN (and potentially other Sales Units) to deliver on the promise of Azure and assist customers in achieving their digital transformation goals.
This opportunity will allow you to develop some of the following skills :
Your primary two responsibilities are to lead and develop the DCSAs to deliver Azure based solutions to customers to drive adoption and consumption of workloads across our latest cloud technologies. The other is to coach and develop the DCSA to build trust and expand the use of Azure beyond the initial project the DCSA is supporting.

Microsoft is seeking managers with a deep interest in cutting-edge technology to join the Digital Customer Success CSA team as a Digital CSA Manager (CSA) team lead. In this role, you will manage a team of highly talented and skilled CSAs, driving the day-to-day execution to exceed business performance targets and coaching team members. The Digital Customer Success CSA team consists of highly capable salespeople that drive Microsoft wins on the latest cloud and modern development technologies.
You are a thought leader with the ability to hold senior level discussions. You are results-oriented, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration required. You will be responsible for customer relationship development experience (Consulting, Business Development) and generate trust, build alliances. Your primary responsibilities will be to engage with customers as the central point of contact for driving adoption and consumption of workloads across our latest cloud technologies.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design and implementation, and / or sales
