Solution Architect (Cloud & AI)

Description

We are

seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect (Cloud

& AI) with a solid background in cloud infrastructure, AI

solutioning, and enterprise software development. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience designing and

implementing scalable cloud-based AI solutions, preferably within a

SI / vendor environment supporting Singapore government

agencies.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to understand, capture,

and translate business and technical requirements into scalable

architecture designs.

Design end-to-end

solution architectures, covering cloud infrastructure, AI models,

microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and system

integrations.

Define cloud architecture

blueprints (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for secure, scalable, and resilient

deployments of AI and enterprise solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to

development, DevOps, and data teams across the full project

lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional

teams including project managers, business analysts, data

engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity teams.

Drive technical proposals, solution strategies,

architecture documentation, and costing for pre-sales / tender

exercises.

Ensure governance, compliance, and

performance requirements are met, especially for projects involving

Singapore public sector clients.

Review and

validate designs, code, and deliverables to ensure alignment with

architectural and security standards.

Stay

updated on emerging trends in cloud, AI, and data platforms, and

advise stakeholders on their strategic

adoption.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science,

Information Systems, or a related field.

Relevant experience in solution architecture, with a

strong focus on cloud computing and AI.

Strong

hands-on experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS,

Azure, or GCP.

Solid understanding of

cloud-native architectures, including serverless, containerization

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), CI / CD, and IaC (e.g.,

Terraform).

Demonstrated success in delivering

public sector technology projects in Singapore through a vendor / SI

capacity.

Excellent communication skills with

the ability to engage stakeholders and simplify complex technical

concepts.

Certifications such as AWS Certified

Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud

Architect, or AI / ML-related credentials are highly

desirable.
