Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Install electrical appliances (mainly water purifier).

Troubleshoot and identify solutions to on-site technical problems involving electrical and mechanical systems equipment.

Submit daily task reports and able to multitask

Conduct basic user-training to customers and payment collection.

Coordinate with NCSC job scheduling work.

Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

Knowledgeable in servicing home appliances will be an added advantage.

Requirement

• Basic drilling and basic plumbing skill
• Work requires local travel.
• Good communication skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Must possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
