Job descriptionMaintain accurate records of production activities in accordance with cGMP standards Conduct routine inspections and report equipment or process deviations Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Process Technology, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment Basic understanding of GMP and safety practices Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and SOPs Experience in cleanroom or controlled environment operations Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
