Sales Manager (Malaysia & Thailand)
Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our overseas market expansion in Malaysia and Thailand. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections in cosmetics, fashion, and lifestyle pop-up events, with proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business development efforts to expand presence across Malaysia and Thailand.
- Drive sales and achieve an annual revenue target.
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with distributors, retailers, shopping malls, event organizers, and lifestyle venues.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase visibility through cosmetic retail, fashion channels, and pop-up events.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts and partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide insights for positioning and market expansion.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign and event execution.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven sales management experience in cosmetics, fashion, retail, or lifestyle events.Strong network within Malaysia and / or Thailand retail / event industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel frequently between Malaysia and Thailand.What We Offer :
