🧠 About the Role

We are building a personalized AI lifestyle coach focused on helping users make better daily health decisions. We seek a Health & Wellness Advisor to define conversational logic for fitness, sleep, stress, weight management, and other holistic wellness categories. You will help ground the product in real evidence while allowing conversational flexibility.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Translate national / international health guidelines into simplified dialogue structures.

Co-create AI coaching prompts for nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress.

Identify potential “red flag” situations (e.g., disordered eating, overtraining).

Curate validated assessment tools (e.g., PSQI, PSS, SF-36).

Work with UX and product teams to simulate day-to-day user check-ins and feedback loops.

✅ Requirements

Background in health psychology, nutrition, sports science, or preventive medicine.

At least 3 years of experience in coaching, digital health, or wellness interventions.

Ability to structure evidence into plain language.

Bonus : Experience with consumer health apps, wearables, or chatbot design.
